Appointments in person must be paid for at the end of the session with cash, check or money order only. All payments using a debit or credit card must be paid by the day prior to the scheduled appointment, as they are accepted online through PayPal. See button below to pay now.

All telephone appointments must have the payment received by at least the day prior to the scheduled appointment. Payments may be made by mailing check or money order to the address below. All debit and credit card payments must be paid online through PayPal. See button below to pay now.
