The Parties to this Terms of Use are  Psychic Evolution LLC, Medium, Psychic, Quantum Healer, (referred to as “Psychic Evolution LLC” – which shall also refer to “Psychic Medium Jamie Clark under corporate veil”, “I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us,” “Medium/Psychic Jamie Clark” and “Company”) and You (referred to as “You”, “your”, “Client”) collectively referred to as the “Parties.”  The purpose of this Terms of Use document is to clearly define the terms and conditions by which Psychic Evolution LLC will provide the Services set forth in this Terms of Use (“TOU”).

Expectations & Medium/Psychic Jamie Clark Requirements

By submitting a payment or booking a session you agree to the following policies:
Sessions with me require complete focus with minimal distractions.  If our session is in person, I require a quiet private space if we are having an individual session.  If we are doing a group reading only paid participants or observers are allowed in the space as I may pick up on observer’s loved ones in the session space.  If this is a phone or video chat reading,  please be sure to be in a quiet undisturbed place during the reading without distractions or interruptions. You may take notes. Please do not use a speaker phone if someone else is nearby. If there is someone else nearby, I have the right to terminate the session without a refund as I may pick up on their energy or Loved Ones altering the outcomes of your session.

How Jamie's Mediumship Works
Triangulation of communication. Each of us is like a radio tuner. We have the ability to tune into many different channels. All Fees Are Final With No Refunds.
All fees paid to Psychic Medium Jamie Clark are final with no refunds.  If you paid and then cancel, your fees are non-refundable Psychic Medium Jamie Clark has the right to cancel and or reschedule an appointment. Psychic Medium Jamie Clark has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Psychic Medium Jamie Clark has the right to refuse rescheduling a missed or late appointment without providing a refund.

For Phone/Internet/Video Chat Readings: All appointment times are in MST time and it is your responsibility to be on time. NO REFUNDS will be given for not being available for our scheduled appointment and/or missed appointments for a scheduled session. A 48-hour notice to reschedule an appointment is required otherwise you will forfeit your payment and NO REFUNDS will be given. Extending the appointment will not be automatically allowed if you are late and no pro-rated fee or refund will be given. If we are performing the session via Skype, Zoom, Facetime or Instant Messenger, telephone, or any other electronic app or video chat program it is your responsibility to download all apps or software and to add me as a contact prior to the session. If you are not able to connect, this counts as a "no-show," in which NO refunds will be given. If we experience Internet issues, the session may be switched to a telephone session, however, additional time may not be added to the session.  Jamie Clark will record your session or sessions and send the recordings to you at your authorized email address.  No recordings by you or any other third parties are permitted.   

You may take notes during our session. Psychic Medium Jamie Clark does not guarantee that a particular Angel/Spirit/person comes through in a medium reading. Angel/Spirit has a choice just like you and me. Therefore, Psychic Medium Jamie Clarkcannot guarantee that a certain Loved one or friend in the Angel/Spirit realm will come forward for the readings. All deposits are non-refundable.

You understand that Psychic Medium Jamie Clark’s services are not medical or psychological services and should be primarily construed as for entertainment and enlightenment purposes . This information provided by Psychic Medium Jamie Clark during a session, party, special event, group session, etc. herein is in no way intended to replace medical, legal or professional advice or services, nor is it intended to replace the free will of any individual.
